I’m just popping on here really quick to let you all know that the short story contest ends tomorrow! If you haven’t submitted your story yet, then please do so before 12:00 AM tomorrow night.
I will be announcing the winners very soon, at the beginning of August. I’m super excited about this!

I’m so sorry that I didn’t get it done in time. It only had a few paragraphs left and then yesterday was so busy that I couldn’t turn it in :(. I can’t wait to read the stories, though!
Oh, that’s alright. I’ve decided that I’ll have a short grace period for anyone who couldn’t submit before the 20th, so if you want to, you can submit it between now and Monday, and it can still count. Just make sure to submit it soon. 🙂

I can’t submit mine today, the file it’s on got left at home. Do you have a grace period? We had cousins over for Grandma’s Celebration of Life.
Well, I already picked the first and second place winners (and notified them of their winning), but I haven’t decided on the third place winner yet. So if you still want to submit, I can wait until this Monday to decide for sure who gets third place (since I’m sure your story has a fair chance of getting there). Just please submit it before Monday, otherwise it won’t be counted.
Can we have written it before, if it keeps to the same guidelines?
It has to be written after June 1st, and if it’s any older than that, it won’t count. But if you have a submission that you’d like to send in, please do!
